Cannon & Associates is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team in Oklahoma City.

This is not a traditional “sell a product and move on” sales job. Our Sales Representatives meet with people who are facing some of the most difficult and important situations of their lives. Your job is to listen, ask the right questions, understand what they need, help them understand their options with attorney guidance, and confidently help them take the next step.

You will meet with Prospective New Clients (PNCs) by phone, video, and in person and guide them through the decision-making process from their initial consultation through becoming a client.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 base + bonus

Responsibilities:

Consult & Connect

• Meet with Prospective New Clients by phone, video, and in person.

• Build rapport quickly and create an experience where people feel heard, understood, and confident in their next steps.

• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover the client's situation, goals, concerns, urgency, and obstacles.

• Educate PNCs about their options with the direction and support of an attorney.

• Help prospective clients understand the value of having Cannon & Associates on their side.

• Confidently ask for the business and help the client make a decision.

Follow Up & Close

• Own your sales pipeline from initial consultation through close.

• Follow up consistently with prospective clients who have not yet made a decision.

• Use phone calls, text, email, and other communication channels to stay connected.

• Overcome objections and identify what is preventing a prospective client from moving forward.

• Consistently work toward and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.

Stay Organized & Accountable

• Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our case management system after every client interaction.

• Document consultations, follow-up attempts, conversations, objections, and next steps.

• Keep opportunities moving through the pipeline rather than allowing leads to become stagnant.

• Manage multiple prospects and competing priorities without losing track of the details.

• Use data and performance metrics to understand what is working and where opportunities exist.

Represent Cannon & Associates

• Be a positive and professional representative of our brand and our Your Fierce Advocates® approach.

• Understand our services, our market, and what differentiates Cannon & Associates.

• Work closely with attorneys, intake, billing, and other team members to create a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves sales and loves to close.

• Is comfortable asking, “Are you ready to move forward?”

• Can have a difficult conversation without becoming uncomfortable.

• Is naturally persuasive without being pushy.

• Can build trust quickly with people they have never met.

• Is a strong listener and knows how to ask great questions.

• Is persistent with follow-up and doesn't give up after the first “no.”

• Is highly organized and disciplined about documenting their work.

• Can handle rejection without losing momentum.

• Is motivated by goals, numbers, and performance.

• Can work independently while still being a strong team player.

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment .

• Understands that compassion and salesmanship can—and should—exist together.

Experience

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred , particularly consultative, service-based, high-ticket, or outside sales.

• Legal industry experience is not required .

• Experience selling services rather than physical products is a plus.

• Experience with CRM or case-management software is a plus.

• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
