Grand Villa of Delray Beach is seeking a friendly and reliable part-time receptionist to join our team. This role offers a flexible schedule, primarily working evenings from 4:00 PM to 8:15 PM, with occasional weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be a warm, professional individual dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and residents in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Support team members with various clerical duties

- Ensure a positive and friendly experience for all guests and residents

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or reception roles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
