Client Service Specialist / Sales Coordinator / Receptionist We are looking for a Client Service Specialist / Sales Coordinator / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact. You will provide essential administrative support, ensure the office operations run smoothly, and assist customers throughout the sales and project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
PrideStaff Financial Hiring Requirements:
- Greet visitors, answer and route calls, maintain a tidy reception area, and manage incoming deliveries and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, update calendars, manage office supply inventory, and perform general clerical tasks (filing, copying, etc.).
- Manage lead intake and CRM data entry, vet leads for the sales team, gather project details, and act as a primary point of contact for customer questions and complaint resolution.
- Troubleshoot office equipment and ensure efficient day-to-day office workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience operating standard office equipment (printers, fax machines).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset.
