Flexible Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) – Full Time

Shifts vary between 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekend Rotation | Overtime Available

We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), people-loving, high-energy Recruiter to join our staffing team. If you’re motivated, great with people, and don’t mind an early morning or two, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Source, recruit, and onboard candidates for a variety of job assignments
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Help new hires get started (paperwork, orientations, onboarding)
• Schedule and dispatch employees to job sites
• Provide top-tier support to both clients and employees
• Assist with employee transportation when needed
• Jump into hiring events and job fairs to grow the talent pool

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people all day
• Reliable with a valid CA driver’s license + personal vehicle
• Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends)
• Team-first mindset with a “figure it out and get it done” attitude
• Thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
