General Production Associate Entry Level

Location: Alsip, IL Pay Rate: $22.52/hour Shift: 7am-5:30pm (Tues-Fri)

About the Role

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a motivated and dependable General Production Associate to join their team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials to support production flow
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

No prior experience required entry-level candidates welcome
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical stamina to perform repetitive/manual tasks
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
