- ServiceNow CIS ITSM
- ServiceNow CIS CSM
- ServiceNow CSM implementation
- ServiceNow ITSM
- Customer Service Portal and Workspace development
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- REST/SOAP APIs
- CRM integrations
- Snowflake
- Email-to-case automation
