The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions, resolving issues, integrating workflows, and ensuring smooth platform functionality. The specialist will work independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality work within tight timelines. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into ServiceNow solutions. Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow modules as needed. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly and consistently. Deliver high‑quality work with minimal supervision and within strict deadlines. Required Qualifications Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.). Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs. Expertise in workflows, business rules, and ServiceNow configurations. Experience integrating using REST/SOAP. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
