This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a growing division, influence strategic direction, and work on impactful projects that shape communities.QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license in PA required; NJ PE preferred10+ years of progressive structural engineering experienceProven background working with local and state agenciesExperience with PennDOT or Turnpike projects is highly preferredDemonstrated success developing client relationships and winning new workExceptional communication, project management, and business development abilitiesStrong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of meeting contractual and financial requirementsFamiliarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred)Knowledge of structural design software, including PennDOT systemsWhat You’ll Lead & DeliverLead, mentor, and develop a team of Structural Engineers and DesignersOversee design and analysis of bridges, culverts, buildings, and diverse infrastructure assetsSecure, plan, manage, and monitor local, county, and state bridge projects including permittingConduct and manage bridge inspectionsPrepare compelling and efficient project proposalsProvide construction support services including contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget managementMaintain strong financial oversight of division projects, ensuring compliance with utilization, profitability, and budgetary objectivesDrive strategic growth of the Corporate Structural Engineering DisciplineRepresent the company in professional and civic organizations (ASCE, NSPE, Chamber, etc.)Strengthen and expand client relationshipsWhy is This a Great Opportunity?This is more than a management role it’s a leadership platform.
