Responsibilities Drive IT performance, governance, and transparency to ensure technology initiatives align with business goals. Develop and maintain CIO dashboards and operational metrics, leveraging insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with IT leadership to define IT objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with enterprise and business goals, and champion a culture of accountability. Build, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, perform governance assurance, and drive process improvements across IT governance areas. Establish and manage vendor governance structures, oversee vendor performance, conduct risk assessments, and ensure contractual alignment and SLA compliance. Create a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment; foster trust, model cultural norms, and deliver strategy through an enterprise lens. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT operational performance management, IT governance, or related roles. Strong background in IT metrics, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using dashboards and metrics to drive continuous improvement. Superb communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to develop a culture of accountability and performance measurement within IT. Experience working with third-party vendors and leading sophisticated IT contracts. Certifications such as CISA, CISM, ITIL, or PMP are a plus. Preferred Master’s Degree.
