Law Firm Receptionist
Our client, a very prestigious family law firm located in West Denver is looking for a 2 plus years professional and impressive receptionist and administrative assistant to support the front desk, attorneys, paralegals and staff with first contact interfacing with potential clients, current clients, and opposing counsel. This position will also be responsible for scheduling and calendaring, document management, client intakes, and client communication. a 4 year degree is required for this position. A successful candidate will have skills with Microsoft Office Suite and case management software, great communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The firm offers an excellent pay and very competitive benefits. • At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk support role.• Proven ability to operate a multi-line switchboard or phone system with up to 10 lines.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach to handling inbound calls with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working in a part-time position with reliable availability.
• Experience in a legal or office environment with strong attention to detail is preferred.
• Basic administrative and clerical skills, including message taking and general office support.
