Title Dental Front Desk Receptionist Job Description Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments. Check patients in and out of the office. Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage. Collect co-pays, outstanding balances, and process payments. Maintain accurate patient records and update patient information. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow. Present treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements when applicable. Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the practice. Employment for this position begins September 2026. Salary Range part-time $35 - $37 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
