Principal Scientist, Diagnostics (CDx), Associate Director

Responsibilities
- Define diagnostic strategies for oncology programs aligned with biomarker and clinical development objectives
- Develop and oversee integrated diagnostic project plans with internal teams and external partners
- Lead diagnostic sub-teams through strategy execution from inception to regulatory approval
- Provide diagnostic expertise to multidisciplinary drug development teams across global programs
- Represent diagnostics function on program teams to ensure integrated diagnostic considerations
Requirements
- 10+ years experience with BA/BS, or 8+ years with MA/MS, or 2+ years with MD/PhD
- Diagnostic strategy or assay development experience in oncology drug development
- Knowledge of diagnostic platforms: IHC, NGS, flow cytometry, digital pathology
- Understanding of clinical study design and diagnostic regulatory requirements
- Strong scientific leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Publication record; familiarity with intellectual property and contracting desirable
Compensation: $195,670-$253,220 base
