IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR ASSEMBLER - 1ST And 2ND SHIFT - $19.25/HOUR

We're currently seeking Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Santa Clara. Candidates with at least 3 months of manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, warehouse production, machine operation, or cleanroom experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble products and components using hand tools and production equipment
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Package finished products and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 3 months of manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, machine operation, or warehouse experience

✅ Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

✅ Comfortable working with small parts and performing detailed work

✅ Basic English communication skills

✅ High School Diploma or GED preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
