We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team in an industrial equipment manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production goals during an 8-hour shift. The ideal candidate will follow standard operating procedures strictly, maintain safety compliance, and participate in cross-training for multiple assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and work instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects or issues
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow SOPs and adhere to workplace safety regulations
• Work as part of a team to meet production quotas and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in troubleshooting assembly line issues by following instructions strictly
• Participate in cross-training for multiple assembly tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in manufacturing assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field
