Generic Manufacturing builds American-made packaging machinery (conveyors, fillers, labelers, and shrink tunnels) for industries ranging from cosmetics to food and beverage.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble, align, and test packaging machinery using blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Install mechanical, pneumatic, and motorized components.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during machine builds.
- Rig, move, and align machinery safely on the shop floor.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of millwright, industrial mechanic, or assembly experience (packaging machinery experience is a plus).
- Strong skills with hand tools, precision measuring tools, pneumatics, and gearboxes.
- Ability to read blueprints and work on your feet.
- We would love to find someone with welding ability MIG & TIG
