About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Land Development to play a pivotal role in leading and growing its presence in the Colorado market. The successful candidate will be an established seller-doer, with a strong background in both technical and business leadership. Key responsibilities for this role include leading business development efforts, growing and mentoring civil engineering teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the delivery of various land development projects. The role also involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, developers, municipalities, and industry partners, as well as collaborating with executive leadership on growth strategy. This opportunity is ideal for a leader who is passionate about shaping strategy, building teams, and driving long-term growth in a highly entrepreneurial environment. The Vice President will have significant influence over the local business direction, with a strong focus on growth, leadership, and market development. The desired background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and at least 12 years of land development consulting experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client management, and team leadership, as well as strong relationships within the local development community.
