Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial work. Daily responsibilities include drafting and formatting legal documents, organizing and maintaining case files, managing deadlines and court calendars, and coordinating with clients, experts, and court personnel. The role involves conducting legal and factual research, reviewing and summarizing documents and medical records, preparing exhibits and trial binders, and assisting with pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. The Litigation Paralegal will also help implement case management procedures, support e-filing in state and federal courts, and contribute to efficient, detail-oriented litigation support.
