Home Infusion Nurse

Join our team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, providing care in patients’ homes across Sanford, Bithlo, Apopka, and Orlando. Deliver safe IV infusion medications and collaborate with care teams to support patient well-being. Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately, serving as the main contact for care coordination. Exercise clinical decision‑making autonomy to achieve positive health outcomes. Qualifications Active FL RN license, at least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in critical, acute, or home health care, proficiency in IV techniques, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel. Availability for 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. Preferred BSN and experience with infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy. Internet connection must be broadband with minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speeds.
