Role Regional HSE Manager Responsibilities Lead health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure compliance with regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits. Provide safety training and promote a strong safety culture. Analyze HSE performance data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to embed best practices. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on safety, risk mitigation, and environmental protection. Qualifications & Skills Experience in HSE management within manufacturing or industrial environments. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
