Senior Trade Marketing & Specialized Channels Lead

Summary
The Senior Manager, Trade Marketing & Specialized Channels translates brand strategy into commercially relevant programs, tools, and resources. This hybrid role leads trade marketing initiatives and supports specialized selling teams and partner routes to market.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the Trade Portal, commercial platforms, planning models, and marketing communications.
- Develop channel-specific tools, portfolio resources, and commercial readiness materials.
- Support annual planning and assess the return on key programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, and partners to ensure aligned, timely execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 10 years of marketing or creative marketing experience in consumer packaged goods, luxury, or subchannels.
- Experience with beverage alcohol and the three-tier system.
- Strong commercial strategy, analytical, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
