About Us

Degree Wellness Richardson – CityLine is bringing a new approach to wellness to the Richardson community. We offer innovative wellness services designed to help people feel and perform their best.

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and sales-driven Lead Sales Associate to help build our membership base through presale campaigns, community engagement, business partnerships, and direct sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and working toward sales goals, with the potential to grow into a Sales Manager position after the studio opens.

Key Responsibilities

• Presale Campaigns: Help execute presale marketing campaigns, promote Founding Member memberships, generate leads, and drive membership sales.
• Membership Sales: Engage with prospective members, explain membership options, overcome objections, and convert leads into memberships.
• Cold Calling & Lead Follow-Up: Make outbound calls, send emails and text messages, and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
• Community Events: Identify, coordinate, book, and attend local events, pop-ups, fitness events, and networking opportunities to promote Degree Wellness.
• Business Outreach: Proactively connect with local businesses, fitness studios, apartment communities, and other potential partners to establish relationships and create promotional opportunities.
• Event Representation: Represent Degree Wellness professionally at events, engage attendees, collect leads, and generate membership sales.
• Relationship Building: Develop partnerships that increase brand awareness, generate referrals, and create opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
• Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate lead information, document outreach activities, and track follow-ups and membership conversions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with ownership and the studio team to meet presale goals and support a successful studio launch.

• Willing to take initiative in booking events and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Organized and able to manage multiple outreach activities and leads.
• Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, community outreach, fitness, or hospitality is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, with potential sales incentives according to the applicable compensation plan.
