The YMCA of Broome County is looking for friendly and customer-oriented Membership Services Representatives to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and assisting with their membership needs. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Maintaining accurate member information in our database
Preparing and processing membership applications
Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely manner
Providing information on membership benefits and services
Assisting with membership renewals and upgrades
Collaborating with other departments to ensure member satisfaction

Available Shifts:

Johnson City:

Monday-Friday 5:45am-9:00am

Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm

Tuesday-Friday: 5:00pm-9:00pm

Saturday: 7:45am-12:00pm

Binghamton:

Sunday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 12:00pm-4:00pm

Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-8:00pm

Salary:

$17.00 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
