description : Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.This unit provides intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients having experienced shock, trauma, or other life-threatening conditions. This unit supports a mix of medical, surgical, and cardiac intensive patients. requirement : **Auto Offer" Day Shift, Day shift 36 or 48, Must have CERNER Experience. they float to all units (SDU/TELE/ MS). if have ED experience that would be preferred as well.Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): PreferredAcute care facility experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
