POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists with the implementation of Medical Staff Performance Assessment/Improvement and the coordination of Hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program. This position requires coordination of the Medical Staff committees and support services to ensure consistently high patient care. Maintains all records in accordance with accrediting agencies, problem or complaint present, within the scope of designated authority. Serves as an information center for supplying information requested, or directing inquiries to the proper source.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Healthcare office experience preferred.
Special Qualifications: Able to understand important aspects of hospital operations. Good organizational skills. Knowledge of personal computers, experience with office programs.
