Requirements / Qualifications

2 Letters of Recommendation Valid California Class C Driver's License must be attached to your application Education: Equivalent to completion of high school with the addition of any combination of formal and informal skilled trade-level training, education and experience in at least two of the following areas: welding, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, roofing, painting, or locksmith. Experience: Two years of experience performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled trade-level building and equipment preventive maintenance and general repair work.
