What Youll Do

• Inspect plant material to identify pests, diseases, and other health concerns.
• Select and apply appropriate treatments to promote optimal plant health.
• Prepare detailed diagnostic reports and educate clients on landscape care.
• Operate spray and application equipment safely and effectively.
• Manage a specific territory independently, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

• Preferred degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work independently with responsibility and care.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills for effective client engagement.
• Willingness to learn plant/tree identification and safe equipment operation.
• Commitment to completing required training and obtaining necessary certifications and licenses.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• A valid drivers license with the ability to operate service-line vehicles.
