You’ll:

• Assist members with questions, requests, and account needs in a busy contact center environment.
• Provide friendly and accurate information about products and services.
• Help with transactions involving checking, savings, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts .
• Use active listening to understand what members really need and find the best solution.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting members over the phone.
• Introduce members to additional products and services that may help meet their financial needs.
• ✅ Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines while providing excellent service.
• Make sure every member interaction feels professional, helpful, and positive.

What Your Workday Will Look Like

You'll be part of a contact center that supports members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year , so flexibility and reliability are important.

The environment is structured and fast-paced, but it's also a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy and knowing what to expect throughout their day.

You should be comfortable with:

• Handling back-to-back calls throughout your shift.
• ⏰ Following scheduled break and meal times.
• ️ Working a schedule that may allow approximately a one-hour variation in start and end times .
• Spending extended periods assisting members by phone, including potentially up to four hours before your next scheduled break .
• Working across multiple systems while speaking with members.
• ✅ Following established schedules, workflows, policies, and quality expectations.

The position offers a hybrid/onsite working model , giving you the opportunity to collaborate with your team while working in a structured contact center environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
