What You'll Take Ownership Of

You're the go-to expert on sitethe one who makes sure everything works, looks right, and gets done on time.

• Lead and work alongside your maintenance team to complete service requests and unit turns efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems
• Keep the community safe, clean, and fully operational every day
• Manage make-ready inventory to keep leasing on track
• Coordinate vendors, control costs, and stay on budget
• Set the standard for quality, speed, and professionalism

This is a working supervisor roleyou'll be in the field with your team leading the way.

Skills/Experience for the Role

• 23+ years of apartment maintenance experience (including work orders and unit turns)
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Strong skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable
• Organized, reliable, and solutions-driven mindset
• Someone who takes pride in their work and their community
