Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter

Regency Staffing is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager to support day-to-day workforce operations across multiple client locations in the Midlothian, Waxahachie, and Cedar Hill areas. This role is based in Waxahachie, TX 75165 and requires regular travel between three onsite sites , along with direct leadership support for associates. In this position, you will help ensure staffing coverage, maintain client and associate relationships, and support recruiting and onboarding activities. You will also track staffing performance and communicate workforce needs to management and client stakeholders.
