Title: Product Manager
Position type: Full Time - Contract

Location: Chandler Arizona (Hybrid-3 days onsite and 2 days Remote)

Product Manager , You will:

• Consult as an expert on highly complex initiatives across Product Management.
• Influence strategy and resolve unique challenges requiring advanced analytical and creative thinking.
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative product solutions.
• Partner with cross?functional teams (Technology, Sales, Operations, Risk) to design and deliver long?term scalable solutions.
• Participate in daily stand?ups to align on planned activities.
• Collaborate with the primary Product Owner for direction and task execution.
• Leverage Copilot and AI tools to accelerate analysis and delivery.
• Conduct requirements workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Perform business process analysis, gap/impact analysis, and data insights.
• Identify use cases for UAT and readiness deliverables.
• Partner with communication/training teams to prepare Sales & Ops for backend support.
• Create PowerPoint decks to communicate initiative progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Elicitation workshops, discovery, gap/impact analysis, acceptance criteria.
• cross?functional collaboration, alignment, facilitation of decision forums.
• APIs, integrations, system architecture, Jira, Confluence, analytics tools.
• UX/UI fundamentals, journey mapping, funnel optimization.
• KYC, AML, policy adherence, audit readiness.
• decision?making under ambiguity, prioritization, influencing without authority.

• vision definition, roadmap planning, ROI/MVP focus, competitive analysis.
• KPI tracking, experimentation, post?launch optimization.
• backlog ownership, sprint planning, release coordination, familiarity with Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $60/hr to $65/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
