By seamlessly connecting our internal planning and quality teams with external suppliers, you will secure robust service levels while unlocking continuous value, portfolio simplification, and significant optimization opportunities.Your Day to Day, and The FuturePartner closely with the End to End Supply Chain to implement our long term external manufacturing strategy and expand production capabilitiesAssure total compliance and ethical alignment for new and existing external manufacturing networksNurture supplier relationships to proactively mitigate service or quality disruptions before they impact the businessLead the development, negotiation, and implementation of competitive contract agreements with external manufacturersImplement forward looking strategies that keep our external supplier network completely in tune with the evolving direction of Colgate-Palmolive business unitsIdentify and champion strategic business relationships both internally and externally to align sourcing strategies and project execution with overarching business requirementsCollaborate fluently with suppliers, technical teams, technology, marketing, and finance functions to implement procurement policies and align service and financial strategiesExecute holistic risk assessments and audits on contract manufacturers while advancing responsible sourcing initiativesAnalyze budget preparation and completion utilizing sophisticated global commodity market insightsEnsure the consistent achievement of purchasing key performance indicators including customer service, nonconformance reduction, unexpected downtime mitigation, single source management, and supplier diversity goals
