Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air is Hiring an In-Home Residential Plumbing Sales Location: San Diego, CA Schedule: Full-Time Pay Range: $80,000 - $200,000+ per year (Base + Commission) Employment Type: Full Time Overview Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air is looking for a highly motivated In-Home Residential Plumbing Sales to support and grow our San Diego team. This leadership position is ideal for an experienced sales or field manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at team development, and enjoys driving performance through coaching, customer engagement, and hands‑on leadership. In this role, you'll oversee a team of service technicians, guide daily operations, drive profitable revenue, and uphold Rooter Hero's commitment to excellence.
