Defense Securities Litigation Associate

Posting details Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate to join its Los Angeles-Century City office. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in Securities Litigation on the defense side at a nationally recognized law firm and be admitted to the California State Bar. Substantial knowledge of federal securities laws (the PSLRA) is required. Strong research, analysis, and writing skills are required. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate sound judgment, and take ownership of case responsibilities. The estimated salary range for this role is $270,000 - $385,000.
