CNC Operator - 1st Shift

Summary:The QTI Group is seeking a 1st shift CNC Machine Operator for a local automotive parts manufacturer who can operate all production and related equipment in the department. Grab a job where you can wear shorts to beat the heat! Apply today!

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, plus overtime as required

Pay: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities:Operate a variety of CNC machining centers (including changeover, part loading, machine operation, unloading, packing and inspection.)

Perform quality checks on own work, or work of others as required for quality

Record and/or report all quality defects

Complete work assignments with accuracy, sense of urgency, and in a safe manner.

Qualifications:Must have previous CNC experience

Passion for mechanics and openness to learn

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Manual dexterity, visual acuity, mental alertness

Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs occasionally
