What You'll Do Prepare parts for the powder coating process Hang and mask parts on a moving production line Clean and inspect parts before coating Read work orders and follow production instructions Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For At least 18 years old Able to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable with strong attendance and a positive work ethic Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Ad-Tech?
