Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 5:00 am – 1:30 pm or until work is completed, with rotating Saturday’s. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. Job Responsibilities Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment. Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control. Lift up to 80 pounds when necessary; routinely lift 50 pounds and perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires. Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires. Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and ensuring safety. Remain on your feet for extended periods and be willing and able to work overtime as needed. Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures. Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce and inventory, depending on business needs. Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations. Physical Demands and Work Environment To perform the duties of this job, you must be capable of visual, auditory, physical, and mental tasks required to operate equipment safely. You must frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. The job requires exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds and the ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment. Protective equipment—steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline—will be provided, except for steel/composite toe boots. The work environment may expose you to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience. Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and 80 pounds occasionally. Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment safely. Adherence to all company safety policies and federal and state regulations. Pass forklift certification. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures. Team‑work capability. Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (THC / marijuana testing not required).
