Graphic Designer

Responsibilities: Turn briefs into original and distinctive design and content for the Casino and Sportsbook brands, across both digital and print platforms Work with requesters and the Design Manager to make sure the vision behind each brief is realised and enhanced, contributing ideas and creative options rather than a single execution Use AI and automation tooling in your day-to-day workflow - generative fill, upscaling tools such as Magnific, and batch or template-driven production across Adobe and Figma - to remove repetitive effort and shorten turnaround without lowering the quality bar Ensure all material produced conforms with the brand's visual guidelines and with the regulatory and compliance requirements of each market Design to the technical realities of each platform - responsive and mobile-first layouts, the specifications of individual social channels, email and display formats, and print production specs Scale concepts into the full range of sizes, formats and channels required, keeping creative intent intact through resizing, adaptation and localisation Build and work from master templates, component libraries and design systems, following naming conventions and file structures so work is easy to find, reuse and hand off Quality check your own work before it goes for review - specification, copy, sizing, Localization and accuracy - so the final review is a formality Manage your queue in Jira, keeping status and turnaround expectations current, and flagging unclear briefs or capacity risk early Produce motion and video assets where required, using Premiere Pro and After Effects to bring static concepts to life What We're Looking For: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Excellent command of typography, layout, imagery, and hierarchy, with a sharp eye for detail Hands‑on with AI and automation (generative fill, upscaling, template‑driven production), with the judgment to know when they add value and when they don’t Knows production specs and mobile‑first principles across web, email, social, display, app, and print Delivers accurate work to tight deadlines across a high volume of requests Excellent communicator who can interrogate a brief, explain creative decisions to non‑designers, and iterate quickly on feedback Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, stays current on creative and competitor trends, and is willing to try new things and learn from what doesn’t work We use Metaview, an AI‑powered note‑taking tool, during interviews to help capture key discussion points.
