Interact with suppliers and customers on technical issues.Performs process quality investigations, as required.Develops and implements process improvements and cost reductions.Designs tools and fixtures pertinent to processing.Generate material requisitions to initiate procurement.Translate customer requirements into usable work instructions and interface with customer on technical issues.Review purchase orders, specifications and blueprints for impact.Assembles data packages for customer approval.Specifies processing and generates work instructions.Actively pursues elimination of waste, the improvement of equipment reliability and efficiency, and the reduction of operating costs.
