Practice Administrator, Primary Care

The Practice Administrator leads and directs the operational performance of the organization’s medical practices, ensuring efficient, high-quality care delivery aligned with organizational goals. This role is responsible for enforcing policies and procedures while fostering clear communication and active engagement among staff to support cohesive practice operations. The administrator oversees daily functions, including staffing, workflow optimization, practice growth, service excellence, and financial management. With full accountability for both operational effectiveness and financial outcomes, this role drives continuous improvement and ensures the practices consistently meet performance, quality, and patient satisfaction targets. Key Relationships Reports to: Executive Director-Community Medicine Specialty Care Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
