Accounting Manager POST NUMBER: 40060

We have an Accounting Manager opening with a publicly traded clients of ours that will lead international consolidations and financial reporting activities across a complex, multi-entity environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who combines a strong public accounting foundation with hands on experience in a multinational public company.

The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in global financial reporting, consolidations, internal controls, and international accounting operations. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, global finance teams, external auditors, and cross functional business partners across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly consolidation and financial reporting process for international operations.
• Oversee global close activities, including consolidation entries, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency reporting.
• Partner with international finance teams, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Analyze the impact of foreign exchange fluctuations and international business trends.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, financial schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors for international and consolidated reporting matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license required.
• Public accounting experience required.
• Experience within a publicly traded, multinational organization required (either in public accounting or industry).
• Strong analytical, process improvement, and problem solving skills.
