• the facility is seeking 1 Locum Physician Provider for Non-Invasive Cardiology at the facility
• Mainland & City Campus . Coverage Location (Facility Name, City, State): the facility
• Mainland & City Campus Practice Setting (Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic): Inpatient/Call Reason for Coverage: Shortage in providers Dates of Coverage: July onward: 1-2 weeks consisting of Monday through Friday and weekends Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-4 Call Schedule: weekend call: 2+ weekends a month Call Ratio: weekend call: 2:4 does not have to be consecutive Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 20 Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: 0 Trauma Level/Designation: 2 Total Number of Beds: Mainland 400; City 200 Number of ICU Beds: 23 Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 24 Will Other Cardiologists be Present During our Locum's Coverage?
