About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Digital Commerce and Experience to lead the strategic vision, product strategy, and delivery of a bespoke digital platform for global sales and services. This role is pivotal in providing a single, scalable, and data-driven platform for enterprise and hyperscaler customers, as well as the partners who sell to them. The successful candidate will be a strategic and outcome-focused executive with a strong background in product management, digital transformation, and technology leadership, particularly in the B2B marketplace or sales and service portal space. Responsibilities include owning the full product lifecycle, leading a high-performing product team, and driving innovation to enhance customer experience and operational performance. The VP will also be a key partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Product Officer, with a focus on delivering frictionless, zero-touch, and world-class experiences for customers and channel partners. Applicants for the VP, Digital Commerce and Experience role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years' of experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology leadership. The role requires a proven track record in leading digital initiatives that support revenue and commercial growth, as well as strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing go-to-market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, adept at collaborating with executive stakeholders, and have excellent problem-solving and change management skills. Leadership characteristics include a product/engineering mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive bold and meaningful change at a global scale. The role demands a leader who is data-driven, execution-focused, and results-oriented, with the ability to inspire and lead a team in a matrixed organization.
