Vibbix is a growing preconstruction company built specifically for roofing contractors.

We help roofers pursue more commercial opportunities, save valuable time, control overhead, and give themselves more chances to win profitable commercial work.

We've spent the past few months developing and proving our service in the real world. We've already completed a ton of commercial roofing bids , signed a group of contractor customers, and demonstrated that contractors are willing to pay for what we do, all in the first 2 months of business.

Now we're ready for the next stage:

Building our sales team.

We're looking for a naturally talented, highly motivated salesperson who wants the opportunity to help us turn an already-proven service into a repeatable sales operation throughout Central Florida.

This is not a job where you'll sit behind a desk sending 200 emails per day.

You'll be getting in front of roofing contractors, meeting business owners, developing relationships, following up with prospects, generating referrals, and closing business.

If you'd rather shake someone's hand than send them a cold email, you'll probably like this job.

Let's Talk About Money

We don't believe in vague phrases like "competitive commission."

Here's the actual math.

Our standard package sells for:

$3,500

Your commission during the initial 60-day period is:

20% — $700 per standard sale

That means:

1 sale/week = $700/week

2 sales/week = $1,400/week

3 sales/week = $2,100/week

There is no commission cap.

You’ll also receive money and material support:

• $200 monthly fuel stipend
• $250 for sales (think buying pizza for an office, or taking a decision-maker to lunch)
• Potentially more money with founder-approval
• Business cards, flyers, marketing materials, etc.
• If you have ideas for how to generate even more sales, we’ll invest in it if it’s a good idea

Our target for a beginner representative is approximately one package sale per week ASAP. We believe you will make your first sale within 14 days, and potentially much sooner.

Existing customers can purchase additional packages, meaning your growing book of relationships can create opportunities for repeat commissions in addition to new customers. Our customers typically re-up every 30-45 days, and you will STILL receive a 20% commission on their re-up. That means each customer is worth $700 per month(ish) in commission, not $700 one time.

These figures are examples based on the standard package and commission structure.

Yes, there is a probationary period where we evaluate your performance. It lasts 60 days. If you’re interested in the job, we’ll give you more details on that when we speak.

What Are You Selling?

Vibbix helps roofing contractors pursue more commercial work without having to immediately hire additional estimating and preconstruction staff.

We become an extension of the contractor's preconstruction department.

Our team helps:

• Find commercial roofing opportunities
• Review plans and specifications
• Perform roofing takeoffs and estimating
• Prepare material quantities and job overviews
• Build proposals
• Assist with bid organization and submission
• Follow up on opportunities
• Review completed work directly with customers

Our standard program is:

10 Commercial Opportunities — $3,500

One worthwhile commercial roofing award can potentially pay for the entire program and then some.

We don't guarantee contractors that they'll win projects.

What we do is help them pursue more quality opportunities while saving the time and overhead required to do all of the preconstruction work themselves.

That's what you'll be selling.

What Your Week Will Actually Look Like

This is primarily an in-person B2B sales position.

You'll spend a significant portion of your working week visiting roofing contractors throughout your assigned Central Florida territory.

A normal week may include:

• Visiting approximately 6 qualified contractor offices per field day
• Introducing Vibbix to owners and decision-makers
• Asking questions and learning about their businesses
• Following up with previous prospects
• Making calls and sending personalized emails
• Scheduling and attending sales meetings
• Introducing qualified contractors to our Proof of Performance Program
• Developing referral relationships
• Following up with existing Vibbix customers
• Pursuing package renewals/re-ups
• Maintaining an organized sales pipeline

You won't be expected to figure this out by yourself.

We'll train you on the product, the customer, our sales process, common objections, Proof of Performance, and how we believe Vibbix should be sold.

Then we'll expect you to execute.

Previous sales or construction experience is totally unnecessary.
