Reporta a: Supervisor(a) de Costura
Resumen del puesto: Asegurar que todos los productos se cosan con los más altos estándares de calidad.
Responsabilidades:
- Operar y dar mantenimiento a máquinas de coser industriales
- Leer e interpretar patrones e instrucciones de costura
- Cortar y coser tela para elaborar productos de alta calidad
- Inspeccionar los productos terminados para asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad
- Detectar y resolver fallas en las máquinas de coser
- Capacitar y guiar a técnicos de costura con menos experiencia
Requisitos del puesto:
- Preparatoria terminada o equivalente
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en costura industrial
- Dominio en el uso de máquinas y herramientas de costura industrial
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar patrones e instrucciones de costura
- Gran atención al detalle y al control de calidad
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con las personas
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie por periodos prolongados y levantar hasta 50 libras
Jornadas de más de 8 horas por día laboral, sin incluir los descansos.
