Emergency Department Registered Nurse Location Not specified Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, with every other weekend required. Job Description The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care to adult patients, including those with STEMI, stroke, and LEVEL 2 trauma cases. The nurse will be part of a team that handles approximately 170 visits per day. Responsibilities Perform triage and start IVs as required. Administer conscious sedation and manage critical patients. Coordinate care for medical boarders in the ED. Maintain patient documentation using EPIC charting system. Provide a safe and effective environment for trauma patients and other emergency cases. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. Must hold certifications in TNCC, ACLS, NIH, MOAB, and BLS.
