What You’ll Do As Sales Manager/Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading proactive sales efforts to maximize property revenue. Key responsibilities include: Developing & Executing Sales Strategies – Identify and capture new business opportunities. Building & Nurturing Client Relationships – Maintain strong connections with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners. Driving Group & Corporate Sales – Secure bookings for meetings, conferences, and events. Showcasing the Property – Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective clients. Collaborating Across Teams – Partner with operations, revenue management, and catering teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Analyzing Market Trends – Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to stay competitive. Meeting & Exceeding Sales Targets – Consistently achieve revenue goals and KPIs. Representing the Property – Attend networking events and trade shows to promote sales efforts. What Makes You a Strong Fit? Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not required. Minimum 3 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience is required. Solid understanding of revenue management and hotel operations. Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales goals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
