Meta Market Manager

Job Overview Role: Meta Market Manager (regular full‑time). Location: Market - METALX - Nevada, Las Vegas. Work hours: Monday–Friday. Pay: $27 per hour plus incentives. This position is part of a partnership with Meta to build strong relationships with optical retail partners, provide dynamic training, and drive adoption of Meta AI Glasses. Benefits Competitive hourly pay with incentives Weekly pay and DailyPay access Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Mobile phone reimbursement Employee & family scholarship opportunities Employee Assistance Program Leadership Development Program Responsibilities Deliver best‑in‑class training to retail associates via in‑store, virtual, and on‑demand formats Build confidence in associates as advocates for Meta AI Glasses Drive mindshare by delivering engaging product training and supporting new product launches Build momentum for Meta AI Glasses through consistent in‑store engagement Create and strengthen retail partnerships, maintaining strong relationships with key decision‑makers and sales associates in major optical retailers Act as a trusted technology advisor on product features, benefits, and use cases Ensure product displays and demo kits are optimized and representative of Meta AI Glasses brand standards Execute strategy and report results, implementing brand advocacy strategies, tracking performance, analyzing trends, reporting results, and recommending improvements Qualifications Proven success achieving advocacy and delivering training excellence in a fast‑paced specialty retail environment Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate retail partners, especially in optical environments Situational adaptability: flexible and responsive to changing product needs, retailer priorities, and market conditions Professionalism: consistent professional presentation, appropriate business attire, and a polished, respectful demeanor when interacting with clients, partners, and colleagues Problem solving skills—identifying issues, evaluating solutions, and implementing effective actions under pressure Technical expertise: ability to quickly learn and explain product features, proficiency in mobile phone apps, device troubleshooting, and software updates Additional Requirements Reliable personal transportation and active auto insurance Valid driver’s license Ability to travel daily to multiple stores and complete occasional overnight or flight‑based assignments within the market Physical requirements: ability to set up demo displays (lift 25+ lbs.) and use small tools such as drills Training requirement: must attend in‑person and virtual training meetings Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization and are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
