Warehouse Associate / Loader-Unloader (6:00 AM Start)
Newton, NC | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings

We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Newton, NC. This is a great opportunity for dependable and hardworking individuals looking to grow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: $15.92 $25.00/hour (based on load earnings)

Sign-On Bonus: $750

• $375 after 60 days
• $375 after 90 days

Schedule

• Monday Friday (6:00 AM start)
• Weekend work as needed based on business demands

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers, containers, and railcars
• Build and break down pallets
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Read labels and sort products by UPC or description
• Shrink wrap and secure freight for transport
• Identify and report damages or shortages
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 5070 lbs consistently
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Warehouse or pallet jack experience preferred
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures (heat, cold, and noise) and continuous physical activity throughout the shift.
