Position Overview:
As a Customer Support & Dispatch Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting our sales and service teams by handling customer follow-ups, assisting with technician scheduling, and ensuring estimates are finalized efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of providing top-tier water solutions with a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, ensuring quotes are finalized and communicated in a timely manner.
- Dispatch Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technician service and installation appointments while optimizing routes for efficiency.
- Customer Communication: Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone, email, and text, addressing inquiries and confirming appointments.
- Estimate Finalization: Work with the sales team to ensure estimates are accurate, properly documented, and ready for customer approval.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with computers and office software (experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus!)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required

Location: Mesa, AZ (In-office position)
⏳ Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, some remote weekend activities as needed)
