Who We’re Looking For Experienced painters and crew leaders (top-level professionals only). Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals. People with a positive attitude, integrity, and a desire to grow. Team players who bring fresh ideas and want to contribute. What You Need A great attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable transportation and basic painting tools (brushes, scrapers, etc.). Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to speak and understand basic English (fluency required for supervisors). Must pass a criminal background check and drug test (excluding marijuana). Prior professional painting company experience (required). Job Details Job Type: Full-time (with opportunities for overtime paid at 1.5x) Pay: $25–$35/hour (base pay, depending on experience & ability) Work Area: Boston, Brookline, Newton, Weston (with occasional projects in the North Shore and Cape).
